VPR Cast#27: “The Sims go to WAR!”

Welcome to our 27th cast at mmoSmacktalk.com! Paulicus brings us in to a long diverse cast. This cast is hot, get it while you can!

1st Segment:Paul badmouths the Warhammer mail system… Ryan joins in; AND Ben’s manhood is questioned to boot. We begin reading listener comments.

2nd Segment: Listener mail/comments reading continued. We touch on buying items/gold from the mmo vendor, and or Ebay players. Ryan mentions his turn offs in WAR, such as no in game smack talk. Some of the user comments get us to discuss more Darkfallonline.

3rd Segment: Ryan slam’s the claustrophobia of WAR (he’s only level 20 though). The smacktalk imagineers™ get to work on how to make WAR pvp a tad better. Some WAR tactics are discussed… thanks to the beautiful implementation of collision detection.

4th Segment: Grab the hand rails to your mother’s basement, this segment is loooong ass! First we relive one of our favorite episodes of Crank Yankers…Batman’s nemesis 😀 Ryan follows up with some DFO scenario oriented concepts. Afterwords a beautiful discussion on Bright Wizards ensues between Vince and Bentannica.

  2. The “swimming video” that we were talking about was from the in game footage that was released a few weeks ago (maybe more?). BUT you bring up some info that we will be discussing in our next cast (ie the vid from the Athens event)… which I believe is what you have the link pointing to (I didn’t check).
